The Role
We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to support our expanding global marketing efforts. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within B2B or travel-related industries. The candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will play a key role in streamlining marketing operations, implementing Salesforce/Account Engagement processes, and supporting digital marketing efforts, such as webinars.

Key Responsibilities
This multi-faceted role touches various marketing tasks. We are seeking adaptable candidates who are eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic team. Day-to-day projects will vary but may include some of the following:

Marketing Operations and Automation

  • Assist in optimizing CRM workflows and campaign implementation.
  • Implement marketing automation strategies.
  • Support efforts to tie marketing and event performance to revenue through improved reporting and analytic dashboards.
  • Lead on list management and audience segmentation processes.
  • Liaison with global marketing team members to align on best practices.

Webinar and Event Coordination

  • Support webinar planning and logistics, coordinating across teams.
  • Assist in developing and distributing recap materials.

Digital Marketing & Website Management

  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and related tracking.
  • Update and organize digital content on the website and other channels.
  • Collaborate on social media scheduling, analytics, and content management.

Related Marketing Support, As Needed

  • Support press opportunities and industry communications.
  • Provide basic graphic design support.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Collaborative and Proactive: A self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented environment and seeks out learning opportunities.
  • Highly Organized: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable interpreting marketing data and optimizing performance. Familiarity with economic concepts is a plus.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of digital marketing, operations, or communications experience
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Wrike, Salesforce, Pardot (or similar marketing automation platforms), WordPress, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
  • Location Preference: Candidates in the Philadelphia area who can work hybrid (two days in-office per week) are highly preferred.
