And we're looking for someone awesome to join our Florida-based corporate team to help make those moments happen across our resort properties in Florida, Nevada, Colorado, and New Jersey. From beachside hangs to mountain escapes, you'll help us make every experience memorable from behind the scenes. 

What You’ll Be Up To: 

Brand & Marketing Strategy 

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive direct bookings and brand awareness.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms, from social media to OTAs.
• Lead local storytelling efforts, highlighting unique partnerships, cultural events, and sustainability initiatives.
• Manage the portfolio’s content calendar, aligning campaigns with seasonality, events, and market trends.

Digital & Social Media Marketing 

• Oversee the portfolio website, SEO strategy, and paid digital ads (Google Ads, Meta, retargeting).
• Create engaging social media content that reflects our personality and values.
• Collaborate with influencers and local creators to showcase the guest experience authentically.
• Monitor and optimize direct booking performance vs. OTA contributions.

Community Partnerships & PR 

• Manage press releases and media outreach to increase brand visibility.

Data & Revenue Alignment 

• Analyze marketing ROI, guest demographics, and campaign performance.
• Work closely with the Revenue & Sales team to align pricing strategies with demand.
• Optimize OTA listings while driving more direct bookings through websites.

Guest Engagement & Reputation Management 

• Oversee guest review responses and implement strategies to improve online ratings.
• Develop email marketing campaigns to engage past guests and encourage repeat stays.
• Manage brand presence on TripAdvisor, Google, and other review sites.

You're Great Because: 

• You bring 5-7 years of hospitality marketing experience, preferably in boutique hotels or lifestyle brands.
• You have a passion for storytelling, social media, and experiential travel.
• You understand SEO, digital advertising, and website management like the back of your hand.
• You have experience working with OTAs, PR agencies, and influencer marketing.
• You’re data-driven and comfortable analyzing booking trends and campaign performance.
• You have a strong network in the hospitality, arts, or travel industry—big plus!
• You love working cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams.
