Visit Casper is the official destination marketing organization for Natrona County and our mission is to be the driving force that draws visitors to Natrona County in support of our local economy and quality of life. Our vision is a more dynamic Casper that visitors want to return to, and residents want to brag about. We’re looking for a Content Manager who is not only creative but is as in love with Casper as we are, to help us tell Casper’s story and engage audiences across a variety of digital platforms.
Position Overview
The Content Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing Visit Casper’s content strategy across various channels, including visitcasper.com, multiple social media platforms, email marketing, and digital advertising. This role requires a mix of creativity, strategy, local on-the-ground knowledge, and technical expertise to drive engagement, increase visitation, and enhance Casper’s brand as a must-visit destination.

Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand for long periods of time (i.e. representing Visit Casper at conferences, tradeshows and/or receptions), sit, talk, hear and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision requirements due to computer work. The employee will occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. The employee should be able to speak clearly and hear well when communicating over the phone and in person. The individual must be able to travel independently to domestic and/or international destinations via commercial airlines.

Salary & Benefits
Salary dependent upon qualifications and experience. Medical, dental, healthcare reimbursement account, short term disability, Simple IRA, holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
