Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
- Become a Trip Guru: Dive into the details of our 70+ trips, from thrilling activities and must-have gear to fabulous hotels and flight logistics. Be ready to chat like a pro about everything from kayaking in Costa Rica to exploring the bazaars of Morocco.
- Spread the AdventureWomen Spirit: Be able to explain why our unique philosophy of travel sets us apart.
- Nurture Wanderlust: Manage a pipeline of curious travelers. Send follow-up emails, make friendly calls, and guide potential guests toward their perfect adventure.
- Build Meaningful Connections: Form genuine relationships with the women who want to travel with us.
- Celebrate Wins: Work as a team to meet (and exceed!) sales goals.
- Jump Into Special Projects: Bring your creativity and enthusiasm to new initiatives as needed.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Trip Managers to ensure a seamless experience for our guests and join forces with Marketing and Operations to keep priorities aligned in our dynamic environment.
- Fuel Our Culture: Contribute to the positive, collaborative vibe that makes AdventureWomen such a great place to work.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A proven knack for customer service, sales, or operations (3–5 years’ experience preferred).
- Organizational wizardry and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying cool under pressure.
- Stellar communication skills that shine whether you’re writing, chatting on the phone, or collaborating with the team.
- Confidence and charm to engage potential travelers over the phone.
- A flexible, go-with-the-flow attitude to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines.
- A true love for adventure and travel (bonus points for personal experience).
- A degree from a 4-year university or associate’s program (preferred).
- Bonus skills in MS Teams, Outlook, and database systems are a plus!

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year based on experience
