Overview
The Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) establishes and manages global sustainable standards, known as the GSTC Criteria. These criteria provide guidance for public policy-makers, destination managers, hotels, and tour operators to protect natural and cultural resources while harnessing tourism for conservation and poverty alleviation.
This is a full-time remote role for a Website and Systems Manager at GSTC. The Website and Systems Manager will be responsible for system administration, troubleshooting, technical support, and information technology management. Daily tasks include maintaining website functionality, analyzing system performance, and providing IT support to ensure operational efficiency.

Manage and continue to refine and develop information systems and internet platforms including data security, data privacy, system stability, system monitoring.

Reporting Relationship
The reporting relationship is to the GSTC General Manager.
Qualifications
✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in website management, CRM administration, or IT project management. Experience with NGOs is a plus.

✔ Language skills: professional grade written and spoken English
✔ Personal Skills:
