The Senior Manager, HWS Communications & Operations will lead the communication strategy for Marriott's Hotel Website (HWS) team, supporting product launches and driving stakeholder engagement. This role involves managing stakeholder escalations, conducting training sessions, and gathering customer insights to enhance the HWS digital experience across 9,000+ venues globally.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute communication plans for HWS product launches.
- Manage stakeholder escalations and triage inbound issues.
- Lead stakeholder education through training webinars and resources.
- Identify trends from escalations and voice of customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee HWS content on MGS to ensure it displays accurate content and resources for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing and operational priorities.
- Generate reports and presentations for stakeholders on HWS insights and initiatives..
- Manage special projects to advance HWS business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Hospitality, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing operations, or product marketing, or related function.
- Experience developing communication strategies and educational materials.
- Proven ability to manage inbound escalations and resolve issues.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
